Prepress and Design Department
The department is responsible for all processes and activities before the production of the product, primarily for the preparation of files for printing, which includes:
- Checking fonts and colors, editing images, adjusting and resizing dimensions and the placement of objects to improve print quality.
- Reviewing proof prints to evaluate the quality of the print files. This helps identify potential problems and make corrections before the final printing.
- Color management involves creating profiles for different media to ensure color consistency between what is seen on the screen and what is printed.
- Graphic design plays a key role in creating visual elements for various types of projects and products. Our designers and the sales department work directly with clients to understand as thoroughly as possible the requirements and goals of the project. They then create visual concepts and ideas that meet these requirements and correctly communicate the desired task.

Sales Department
The sales team manages customer relationships and oversees the entire production process. The sales department maintains constant contact with clients, responds to their inquiries and requirements, and ensures high-quality service. Printing Processes Department
We use the latest technologies for digital and UV printing. At its inception, Digital Printing Factory 2x2 performed digital printing on Bulgaria's first digital-offset machine, Kodak NexPress 2100 plus. The technology implemented in NexPress was developed by Heidelberg and Kodak and is globally recognized as one of the leading in the industry. Currently, the Printing Processes team operates 4 digital presses for color and monochrome printing, a UV machine for printing on promotional items, and a digital machine for applying spot UV varnish.
Finishing Processes Department
Digital Printing Factory 2x2 offers a wide range of finishing operations. We have a highly specialized finishing workshop that performs a wide variety of auxiliary operations such as cutting (guillotine and plotter), creasing (automatic sheet machine up to 32 cm width and capable of applying 20 consecutive creases), folding, perfect binding (quick preparation, ability to bind single copies), saddle-stitching with staples, binding with metal spirals, die-cutting, thermal lamination with offset or digital foil, hardcover binding, hot and embossed printing.
