Print embellishment with MGI JETVARNISH 3D One

As visionaries in our industry, we recently installed a print embellishment machine - the MGI JETVARNISH 3D One, adding the final touch to creating a new, more efficient printing process. The MGI JETVARNISH 3D One offers flat or textured varnish with tactile effect on substrates ranging from 135 to 350g, including paper, cardboard, or self-adhesive foil, previously printed with digital toner, offset, screen, or flexoprint.

The machine comes with a software package that provides easy task management, cost calculator, and direct file retouching for coating. Depending on the file and substrate used, the thickness of the coating can vary from 21 microns (μm), equivalent to traditional spot varnish, to 116 μm for a 3D tactile relief effect.
